EP87 - Intimacy and Connection after Baby with Angela Das, IBCLC

Dr. Kimberly Murray & Dr. Gregory Seibert Season 1 Episode 87

Having a baby has the ability to turn a couple’s world upside down. Who we were before having babe, including our routines, sense of connection, priorities, intimate preferences, and so much more, changes in that moment. We are often not prepared for the changes we face, especially within our romantic partnership. We are here to help you and your partner face those challenges head on and remain connected and intimate after baby!

Join us as we welcome back Angela Das, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and new parent educator, for the second part of our two-part series with her! For part two, Angela dives into how to keep the relationship connection and intimacy alive after baby is born. Angela offers her expertise in tools to help couples keep expectations realistic and the connection alive.
