EP92 - Fall is Upon Us

Dr. Kimberly Murray & Dr. Gregory Seibert Season 1 Episode 92

The change of the seasons from summer to fall: a beautiful time of year but also the beginning of mental health challenges for many of us. Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a common yet inhibiting mental health condition where our mood and energy dip with the change to darker or colder seasons. While this is common, it does not have to be debilitating. We are here to help!

Join us as we unpack SAD and tangible tools to overcome these shifts in mood, libido, and energy. The change of the seasons can be beautiful without all of the suffering that has come in years past. You are capable of taking control of these shifts in your body, and we cannot wait to help you get there!
